About the Founder
Divya is a highly experienced HR Leader with over 15 years of expertise in scaling and leading People functions across six diverse industries, including IT, ITES, Automotive, Travel and Telecommunications. She has successfully navigated complex business environments and spearheaded HR initiatives across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Prior to Nodel Solution, she served as the CHRO in various organizations, where she played a critical role in driving and achieving impactful business outcomes through strategic leadership and deep understanding and application of people management. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale HR initiatives, including organizational restructuring, culture transformation, talent development and HR excellence.
Divya is passionate about helping organizations by bringing a unique “outside-in” perspective to deliver excellence and value to Businesses.
